The Bible uses the word soul in a number of ways. One of those ways is to refer to the nonmaterial part of us. When I speak of soul hunger, I am referring to our need for spiritual satisfaction. Is your soul, your spirit, your innermost place—the real you—entirely satisfied with Christ? As we meditate on our answers, let’s consider the biblical meaning of satisfaction through several Old Testament scriptures.
