Internships in Uganda

The internship program at Vangrace Compassion was created to provide an opportunity for people to partner with Vangrace Compassion and help us fulfill the mission we have been entrusted with. This opportunity also gives interns a chance to set themselves apart for a period of time to discover more of whom they are and what they are created to do. The majority of your time will revolve around participating in the ministries and outreaches Vangrace Compassion have already established including helping/ volunteering in VCU Orphanage school Reconstruction projects.

Orphan Care-Sponsorship

VCU currently caring for over 154 Orphan children living at Bukiina Lake-shores Vangrace Compassion Orphanage . Most of these children have been in our care since 2003. They all have unique and tragic stories with pasts full of brokenness and severe poverty. Many have been orphaned and others abandoned by their single parents. Currently only one Child Ssonko Emmanuel is full sponsored among the 154 thus VCU is caring a big load caring for other children who are not sponsored.
